Entity types

We pick the right structure for you

Every business is different. We advise you on which one fits your case, without overselling.

LLC

For entrepreneurs and small businesses

Limited liability with a flexible structure. The most common way to start: it protects your personal assets and is simple to manage.

C-Corp

For startups seeking investment

Corporate structure with shares. Ideal if you plan to raise capital or bring investors into your project.

S-Corp

For tax optimization

A structure allowing pass-through taxation, with specific eligibility requirements. We advise you if your case qualifies.

Frequently asked questions

What types of company can I register in the United States?

We help you register LLCs, C-Corps, S-Corps and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. We advise you on which one fits your case.

Do I need to be a U.S. resident or citizen to register my company?

No. You don't need to be a citizen or resident, nor have a visa, green card or Social Security number, and you don't need to be physically in the country: the process can be done remotely. You will need a registered agent with a physical address in the state, and for non-residents the EIN is obtained by fax or phone with the IRS. Electing S-Corp tax status does require members to be citizens or residents.

What does the formation service include?

State registration, EIN processing with the IRS, formation documents (operating agreement or bylaws depending on the entity), guidance on address and registered agent, and legal support explained in your language.

What is the EIN and what is it for?

The EIN (Employer Identification Number) is the tax identification number issued by the IRS. You need it to operate, file taxes and open a bank account in your company's name.

How long does it take to register a company?

It depends on the state and the entity type. In general, online filings take about 1 to 5 business days, while mail filings can take several weeks; some states offer same-day approval or expedited options. January and February tend to be slower due to high demand. We give you a realistic estimate when we discuss your case.
